Academy. As the film.
Mirror. In the Mirrorverse, Gaila is effectively an Orion slave from the regular universe. A slave, able to be ordered around by anyone - but she also uses her addictive pheromones, which make the recipient a bit more submissive. Her goal is to control senior people and thereby take over the Enterprise.
Mainline: Lieutenant, sometimes borrowed by the diplomatic corps.
